Vuwani chief traffic officer resigns

The chief traffic officer at the Vuwani traffic station, Mr Christopher Mulaudzi, resigned at the end of last year to pursue a career as a businessman.

Mulaudzi worked at the Makhado Municipality for approximately 12 years. He handed in his resignation in November last year and served notice until the 31st of December.

Mulaudzi said that he wanted to focus on establishing his business and he was avoiding a situation that could cause a conflict of interest with his employer. “I thank the Makhado Municipality and its employees for the good working relationship that existed during my service there,” he said.

Makhado Municipality spokesperson Louis Bobodi described Mulaudzi as a hardworking and dedicated employee who valued his work. Mulaudzi worked as a personal assistant for the former Mayor Sariel Nkuzana from October 2003 to July 2006, whereafter he went on to head Vuwani’s traffic station.

He is currently working full-time for his construction company in Sibasa.
