Another away victory for Black Leopards

Black Leopards proved that they mean business by winning their third match in a row when they crushed African Warriors 2-1 in their NFD match at the Charles Mopedi Stadium at Phuthaditshaba in the Free State on Saturday.

Although the home side were the first to find the net, Lidoda Duvha did not lose their fighting spirit. The Warriors’ solitary goal came in the 24th minute via Eric Mofokeng. He headed home after a corner kick that was taken by Joel Seoka. Black Leopards found the equaliser nine minutes before the break. Irvin Mahangwahaya blasted in a rocket after receiving a neat pass from Leonard Ntshangase.

Morgan Shivambu scored the winning goal later in the game. Black Leopards moved from the third last position to the 10th spot on the log, following the results.
