Thembisani too hot for Polokwane Utd

 

After losing 2-3 to Mosesetjane All Stars at the Mahwelereng Stadium two weeks ago, Joe Express rectified their mistakes and collected maximum points when they beat Polokwane United 3-1 last weekend.

Juliet Nguvhane scored Express's opening goal while their leading goal scorer, Thembisani Nevhulamba, scored the other two. United's solitary goal came via Joel Serakwana late in the game.

Express managed to dictate the terms in all departments, despite the absence of midfielder Ndivhuwo “Segere” Ravhuhali. Ravhuhali watched the game from the grandstand after sustaining a leg injury in their game against Bellevue Winners Park three weeks ago.

The fans for Dynamos FC left the Giyani Stadium with sore hearts after their team suffered a 0-1 defeat at the hands of Great North FC. Magezi FC brutally walloped Mosesetjane All Stars 6-0 at the TT Cholo Stadium in Polokwane. The victory means that Magezi has reclaimed their leadership on the log, a point ahead of the other league-title contenders, Bellevue Winners Park. Wnners Park have a match in hand.

The rookies, A1 Terrors, used their home-ground advantage fruitfully when they beat Mighty FC 2-1 at the Ephraim Mohale Stadium in Modimolle. Mighty FC were the first to find the net, but their fighting spirit faded with time. Lephalale Young Killers proved all the critics wrong by beating Winners Park 1-0 at the TT Cholo Stadium in Polokwane.
