Victory for Tshakhumatshamadzivhandila

Tshakhumatshamadzivhandila FC deposited three points into their account when they beat Kalahari FC in their MMK Administrators League match at Tshakhuma on Saturday.

It was evident from the start that the Tshakhuma guys were going to collect full points as they outclassed Kalahari in all departments. Kalahari, however, came close to scoring again in the 24th minute. Khakhathi Ndou held onto the ball for too long within the Tshakhuma danger area, until he lost possession.

Tshakhuma abused countless scoring opportunities in the opening minutes. Fhumulani Mutshinya of Tshakhuma unleashed prematurely, instead of moving a few steps towards the keeper. The only player who was booked for rough tackling was Vuledzani Davhana of Kalahari.

Fhatuwani Mudau scored the first goal from 30 meters away. Ndiatenda Sadiki of Kalahari should have equalised, but his shot was palmed away by keeper Nditsheni Sigaba. The half-time score was 1-0 in favour of Tshakhuma.

Tshakhuma made three replacements in the second half. They introduced Rofhiwa Netshikhudini, Mathimba Vukea and Mphedziseni Tshidumo for Maano Ravele, Lindelani  Mbedzi and Fhumulani  Mutshinya respectively.

The replacements changed the complexion of the game as Tshakhuma continued to dominate proceedings. The second goal of Tshakhuma came in the 79th minute. They were awarded a free- kick that was taken by Dakalo Mudau. Rofhiwa Netshikhudini found the net after a rebound.
