Stolen truck found next to N1

 
MAKHADO (LOUIS TRICARDT) – A truck and trailer stolen in Gauteng were found abandoned along the N1 north of town this week.

The N1 Highway Patrol Police opened a docket following the recovery of the stolen truck and trailer. The vehicle was found on Monday afternoon abandoned next to the Witvlag T-junction with its hazzard lights flashing.

The MAN truck, with a trailer and container marked DUB-DUB TRANSPORT, was traced by the police to Sundra in Gauteng, where it had been reported stolen. No suspect has been apprehended and the investigation continues.
