Will Zelda be the fairest of them all?

A Grade 12 learner from Liivha Combined School in Thohoyandou, Zelda Mutshotsho (18), is one of the finalists in the Miss Capricorn District Beauty Pageant.

The contest will be staged at the Meropa Hotel in Polokwane on Sunday, 12 December. Zelda hails from Maniini Block K outside Thohoyandou.

Zelda has partaken in several beauty contests. She was crowned Miss Teen Tshisaulu, Miss Influencer, Miss Angelique and Miss White House last year.

Zelda’s way to the Miss Capricorn District Beauty Pageant final started about three months ago. She impressed the judges during the auditions, which were held at the Garden Court Hotel in Polokwane on Saturday, 4 September.

During an interview with Limpopo Mirror, Zelda indicated that nothing would stop her from being crowned Miss Capricorn District.

Frank is a Human Resources Manager at the Department of Public Works in Limpopo. He is the longest serving correspondent of the Mirror, having joined us at the end of 1990.  He mainly writes sports reports and resides at Tsianda Village. In 2004, Frank won the National Castle League Award, an award for the best reporter in the SAB league in South Africa.
