Madodonga TAB All Stars held Gogobole Bucs to 2-all draw in a Limpopo Dairy soccer match at the Gogobole grounds on Sunday.

Bucs should have opened their account in the seventh minute. Lufuno Maphaha dribbled past two Stars defenders in a row and the keeper, Vhutshilo Manthada, saved the ball. The team from Kutama should have scored a little later. Peter Ramaano shot wide, with only the keeper to beat.

Stars opened the scoreline, when Tshikudo Cheune received a neat pass from Ndamulelo Mathoma and hit the target.

Their celebrations were cut short, as the home team's striker, Tshimomo Mbambo, received a well-cooked pass and scored freely to make the score 1-1.

Bucs continued to fight like an organised team. Two players who were cautioned with cards for rough tackling were Nyengedzo Davhana and Able Rambuda.

Bucs' Abel Rambuda blasted in a loose ball after a scramble within the box to make the score 2-1.

Stars replaced Matevhu Mufamadi and Lucky Ndadza with Godfrey Ramabubuda and Innocent Masipa late in the game. That proved to be a clever move on the part of the Stars technical side. Their equaliser came in the 87th minute. Vhahangwele Maiswashe dribbled past two defenders in a row and passed the ball to unmarked Ndanduleni Nthangeni, who scored easily.
