Chief releases hot motivational album

Well-known motivational speaker, author and academic Nkhumbuleni Ratshitanga, who launched a poetry book in honour of former president Nelson Mandela only last month, is at again.

Ratshitanga, a traditional leader at Ngulummbi outside Thohoyandou, recently released a sizzling album, Pfunzo Ndi Ifa. The album, which comes on the heels of another topselling motivational album, Born to Achieve, was released a fortnight ago and was formally launched during an event held at the University of Venda.

Ratshitanga, who works at Univen, is very passionate about education and recently received a master’s degree in public management from the University of Venda.

He said the album was a compilation of motivational material that would inspire all people, but mostly the youth, to take education seriously.

The nine-track album is fast finding its way into the hearts of music lovers. During a recent Women’s Day celebration at Univen, Ratshitanga preformed some tracks from the album.

"Music is a vehicle that carries messages to all. Music is played everywhere and I hope I will be able to reach my target audience. I know the importance of education, and I have seen it change lives,” he added.
