Muvapo and Ras Tondi.

Two young men, Rihone “Muvapo” Nevhutalu (15) and Rotondwa “Ras Tondi” Ranwaha were nominated for awards in the forthcoming Africa Zonga Music Awards. The event will be staged at the Khoroni Hotel on 5 November.
The event is organised to celebrate achievers in the various arenas of music in South Africa. Several famous artists are among the nominees in the various categories of the competition.
The two young men were nominated for the best collaboration award, and for the best group album.
Ras Tondi and Muvapo are hilarious hip-hop stand-up comedians and entertainers. Known for their mesmerizing and captivating story-telling abilities, they are rapidly building a big fan base wherever they perform.
They deliver energetic, unique and hilarious programmes with clean jokes, suitable for the whole family. They perform in most South African languages. “We are up against some stiff competition. For us as local youths from a relatively rural area, it is an honour to be nominated amongst some of the biggest names in music in South Africa. We are truly humbled by this and are looking forward to attending the event,” said Nevhutalu.

Kaizer Nengovhela started writing stories for Limpopo Mirror in 2000. Prior to that he had a five year stint at Phala-Phala FM as sports presenter. In 2005 Kaizer received an award from the province's premier as Best Sports Presenter. The same year he was also nominated as Best Sports Reporter by the Makhado Municipality. Kaizer was awarded the Mathatha Tsedu award in 2014.
