The 25-year-old gospel singer Rofhiwa Richwell Musenwa (photo) will host a live concert in Madombidzha village at the Amazing Grace Assembly on Sunday (16 April). The event will start at 18:30. The concert will feature many artists, among them Mr Majo, Tsiko Mal, Tiyani Maluleke, Dereal Palesa Ravele, Amazing Grace Assembly Worship Team, Thato Ward, Daniel Mohale, Comfort Zone Muleya, Abigail Munyai and Maru Rahulani. Easter Sunday professional gospel concert

A 25-year-old gospel singer Rofhiwa Richwell Musenwa will rate as the first artist to ever host a professionally live concert in Madombidzha village.

The event will take place at the Amazing Grace Assembly on 16 April. It starts at 18:30.

“We started preparing for this concert as far as early last year, doing live rehearsals,” he said. “We wanted to give our fans quality music so that they would also share the experience with those who might happen to miss the show because of other commitments.”

For a man who was bitten by the music bug at the age of eighteen, Rofhiwa had chiselled her music skills and featured the best of musicians in his previous project. He was also featured in award-winning gospel singer Patient Ntuli's live projects in 2012 and 2013.

He had also shared stages with gospel giants such as Bejamin Dube, Darlene Rofhiwa Tharage, Joyce Shabangu, Shakes Mbedzi, Dereal Palesa Ravele, Tsiko Mal, Vhudele Tshivhase, and Gundo Gee.

He initiated a gospel band which known as Redeemed Conquerors. The band is a marvel to watch and listen to when they are doing their magic on stage. “Everyone who has seen the Redeem Conquerors on stage will tell you that the band is talented,” he said. “They are so skilled as it can be seen on how they let the music instruments breathe life into the air.”

Tshifhiwa Mukwevho

Tshifhiwa Given Mukwevho was born in 1984 in Madombidzha village, not far from Louis Trichardt in the Limpopo Province. After submitting articles for roughly a year for Limpopo Mirror's youth supplement, Makoya, he started writing for the main newspaper.
