SINTHUMULE –

The Madombidza Community Brick Project creates employment for local communities. It provides the beneficiaries with a source of income and management skills. The chairperson of the project, Mrs M Ligavha appealed to the minister to help them with a tractor, a brick making machine and the construction of an office and storeroom.

The Muduluni Gardening Community Project's leader Mrs Madzhie appeals to the minister to provide them with four boreholes. They sell the vegetable they produce to the community and also supply Spar Supermarket in Louis Trichardt with fresh vegetables.

After the minister's inspection of the two projects, he addressed the communities at the Muduluni Community Hall as part of the present Imbizo campaign. The minister stated that people must do something, rather than wait for the government.
