MUSINA - The Police at Musina have opened a case of culpable homicide, after the death of a 29-year-old man, whose body was found on the rail line last Friday.
According to Capt Ailwei Mushavhanamadi of the SAPS in the Far North, the goods train knocked down the deceased and he died instantly. His name will be released after his relatives have been informed.
He appealed to community members to respect the rail lines.
Meanwhile the Musina police have arrested a 26-year-old man for house breaking and malicious damage to property last Saturday. He will appear in court soon.
