A reward of R250 000 has been made available by the management of the South African Police Service in Limpopo for anyone with information that might lead to the arrest and successful prosecution of a person/s who brutally murdered a nine-year-old girl, Matshidzi Ramanyi, at Tshilungoma village outside Thohoyandou last month.

The girl went missing on 2 March this year and was found murdered near the Tshamadzi rivulet at Tshilongoma village on 8 March. Part of her skin had been removed, as well as her private parts. A suspect was arrested immediately thereafter but later released because he could not be linked to the case.
