The Faith In Action Ministries at Nkuzana was a hive of activities Saturday, 8 June, when the founder of the church, Pastor Nndwakhulu Samuel Ndadza (69), was officially consecrated as bishop.
The recently completed church building was also officially opened and dedicated.
The event was attended by businessman David Mureri, a patron of the church, Limpopo ANC boss and chairperson of the provincial task team Mr Falaza Mdaka and members of the churchh from all over the country and as far as Zambia.
The opening of the new church was done by Mdaka, who cut the ribbon and also unveiled the plaque.
There were tears of joy when parishioners who founded the church in the area wept openly when they narrated how the church site was nearly taken away from them. Those who contributed to the starting of the church in the area received presents and gestures of acknowlegement.
After the consecration, Bishop Ndadza said the ordination was a victory for God's people. "I have laboured in God's vine for almost 40 years and in those years I have seen God in action. He did many wonders; many problems were solved; many were healed and many turned to God. We are now growing as a church as we established a branch in Zambia and soon we are going to open another in Ghana," he added.
