Manhunt for three escapees

THOHOYANDOU – The police in the Far North have launched an intensive manhunt following the escape of three people from different police stations.

On April 27, last month, Jackson Tshisimba (38) escaped from a community service centre at Dzanani police station while on his way from court where he appeared for a rape charge.

Jackson, a short man, was wearing brown trousers when he escaped. Meanwhile the Tshitale police have opened a case of escaping from lawful custody following the escape of Tshishonga George Muila (23) who was arrested for abduction.

Tshishonga, was at a community service centre where police where recording his details when he managed to escape on Saturday last week. Tshishonga is a slender person with short hair.

At Alldays, an inmate, Thomas Maluleke (32) escaped from the police station where he was working. Thomas was a long-term serving prisoner who was only left with some few years before he was due for release.
