Insp Nkanukeni Raedani of the Thohoyandou SAPS said the case was finalized on Thursday last week. He said all of them were out on R1 500 bail before the trial.

Thivhusiwi Mulomowandau (33) was sentenced to six months imprisonment or R12 000 and Albert Mudau (30), Kananakana Madoba (37), and Tshimangadzo Madevha (30) were each sentenced to six months imprisonment or R6 000.

The four were unable to raise the funds for their fine and they were still in custody at the time of going to press.
