SHAYANDIMA - The school management and learners of Lurenzheni Junior Primary School in Shayandima are over the moon because one of the learners put the school on the map.
A Grade 4 learner, Fulufhelo Netshifhefhe (10), was selected as the best in Limpopo during the Masifunde Sonke Reading Promotion Competition 2004, which was held at the Kwena Moloto College last Saturday.

Three dedicated and devoted educators, Mrs Israel Mulaudzi, Ms Takalani Magavha and Mrs Olivia Ndouvhada participated a lot by training and encouraging the learners before they entered the competition.
The principal of the school, Mrs Masindi Tshikovhi, told Mirror that “we felt that it is very important to honour our pioneer who put us on the map in the Limpopo province.
