Renowned business analyst Enver Buys, who has his roots firmly anchored in the Soutpansberg region, will be one of the keynote speakers at the annual national youth entrepreneurship development conference to be hosted by Umsobomvu Youth Fund at the International Convention Centre in Durban from June 19 to 22 this year.

Enver is the founder of Chaza Strategic Management and has written various business articles for most of the country’s top national newspapers. During the past 20 years, he has managed various projects on behalf of multinationals and mining groups, as well as for informal traders, hawkers and communities.

At the annual entrepreneurship development conference, Enver will focus on increasing the culture of entrepreneurship among young people. He will present Chaza’s Vitality Incubator for Entrepreneurs – a unique blend of product and service offerings in a panel session, under the title: "Grow, Grow, Grow: Business Incubation."

"Many social upliftment projects are active in the communities; however, none of the projects directly addresses the core of the problem, namely employment. The development of small and medium enterprises within the market is also limited and without a proper plan addressing the issues on the ground. Chaza’s vitality incubator for entrepreneurs can assist in facilitating these on a large scale, with a cross-border empowerment strategy supported by a sustainable project plan," says Enver.

At the conference, he will take part in a panel presentation, with ample question time, in order to make the session as interactive as possible.
