To lead a congregation, one needs to get more knowledge. That was the reason why a Limpopo pastor decided to further his studies and received a Doctorate in Divinity from the Masters International School of Divinity, based in Indiana in the USA.

The founder and church leader of Christian Worship Centre (CWC) in Thohoyandou, Apostle William Madzinge, is an example for young people that education is the key to success. Thousands of people from different churches around in Limpopo were gathered during the graduation party held at Christian Worship Centre (CWC) in Thohoyandou on Saturday.

Among the church leaders who attended the function were Dr Tshifhiwa Muligwe (Rhema Kingdom Life), Pastor Isaac Dagada (Christ Worship House), Pastor Maungedzo Nemutanzhela (Miracle Christian Church), Dr Maswole Ragimana (The Living Gospel World Mission) and Pastor Richard Ngomane (Living Waters Ministries). Apostle Madzinge had a desire to obtain a B Sc and study to be a scientist of another kind, but his calling changed everything and led him to study that which is God’s will for him.

In 1984, he obtained his Theological Diploma from the International Theological Institute of South Africa. In 1989 he got his bachelor’s degree and he pursued his master’s degree, which he finished in 2006 in the USA. Since he established CWC in May 1997, Madzinge has been leading more than 5000 church members. "It was the call from God that to led the church. I must improve my standard and study the Bible. I thank my church for giving me the opportunity to further my studies in the USA, and I´m going to share my knowledge with dignity," said Dr Madzinge.

The Speaker of the Limpopo Legislature and pastor of the Lutheran Church, Dr Tshenuwani Farisani, encouraged pastors to go study to get more knowledge, because they are leading people who are open-minded.
