DinnerMates in Louis Trichardt, a local food-processing factory with branches in Johannesburg also, has once again scooped up two top accolades with regard to exceptional service delivery and quality products.
On November 5 last year, DinnerMates was once again acknowledged by the University of Pretoria’s Department of Residence Affairs and Accommodation by being awarded a certificate for exceptional service rendered to the food industry during 2008. Only 13 top suppliers were awarded this certificate.
Following this, DinnerMates was also awarded first place in the annual PURCO (Purchasing Consortium Southern Africa) Awards on November 21, in acknowledgement of their high service and quality levels. Service, delivery and company representation are important criteria for the PURCO, as well as quality of the products and customer service. Since the inception of the PURCO Awards in 2003, DinnerMates has taken first place three time, as well as two second places.
For DinnerMates, honesty, reliability, commitment to continuous customer care and integrity are inherent company policies. They pride themselves on these policies and continuously strive for uncompromising excellence in all aspects.
