TSHIFULANANI – An unidentified gang stripped a 32-year-old man naked last Wednesday night at Zwikwengani outside Thohoyandou, at about 22:30.

The man said he was confronted by three men armed with knives, who robbed him of his handbags and all his clothes. He said he was coming from Johannesburg, and the taxi that he boarded arrived late at the Zwikwengani T-junction.

A concerned resident of Tshifulanani Zwavhavhili confirmed the incident and said he heard the man screaming, while he was being robbed. ''I know that the area is very dangerous during the late hours and many cars have been robbed in this area,'' she said.

The police are investigating the incident.
