The fraud case against the infamous Doris Mthembi and her husband Joe Ragwala will resume in the Sibasa Regional Court today.
Mthembi and Ragwala stand accused that they defrauded R443 000 from Injectmed Paramedic College, an institution owned by Mr Goddard Mugwena, Mthembi’s ex-husband.
Together Mthembi and Ragwala are facing 172 criminal charges relating to fraud, intimidation and theft.
Apart from this Ragwala also stands accused of conspiring with to alleged hitmen, Vincent Ntsenene and Moses Phakhula, to kidnap and kill Mugwena.
