The Vhembe Community will pay their respects this week to one of the country’s best-known veterans of the Azanian People's Liberation Army (APLA), Mr Ratshilumela James Mulovhedzi.
The 104-year-old Mulovhedzi, who also was the traditional leader of Tshitusheni, passed away on Wednesday, 2 November, after a long illness. Apart from being a staunch PAC leader (being one of the party’s founding members) he was well known locally for his skills as a musangwe fighter and as father of the famous boxing champion Tsiko Mulovhedzi.
Mulovhedzi will be buried this coming Friday as per custom.
A tribute will be published in this week’s edition of the Limpopo Mirror. Read Here.
