Police in Musina are mourning the death of one of their members who passed away in a motor vehicle accident on Thursday.

The 32-year-old W/O Aluwani Caven Nesengani was stationed at the Musina Local Criminal Record Centre. On Thursday afternoon, Nesengani was on his way to investigate a case in Alldays. He was driving along the R572 road between Musina and Alldays in a police vehicle.

Nesengani was killed when his vehicle overturned. No other vehicles were involved in the incident and the cause of the accident is being investigated.
