The Vhembe-based Benny's Care Soccer Academy aims to bring the South African Schools Knockout Competition trophy back to Limpopo, when they participate in the semifinals in Pretoria today (Friday) and, hopefully, in the finals tomorrow.

The coach of Benny's Care, Mr Justice Matloga said they were going to play against Mahlodi High from Gauteng in the semifinals. "We are taking a team that is physically strong and tough,” said Matloga. The match will be televised on Supersport 4 at 16:30 this afternoon.

The players on whom they will pin their hopes include Phophi Phophi, Rendani Mudau, Lesedi Katinga and Andrew Kabota.

The four schools in the semifinals are Pabalelo from Northern Cape, Rietville High from Northern Cape, Benny's Care Soccer Academy from Limpopo and Mohlodi High from Gauteng.
