THOHOYANDOU – After registering their second league victory against Ajax Cape Town last Friday night, Black Leopards are again faced with a mammoth task of collecting full points when they meet Sundowns Football Club at the Thohoyandou Stadium on Sunday.
Leopards played against Jomo Cosmos in Johannesburg on Wednesday night but the results of this match were not available at the time of going to press. This is a must win match for Lidoda Duvha who are currently fighting for survival at the bottom of the log.
Their lethal striker, Magic Ratshivhadelo, who was not part of the team that played against Ajax Cape Town last week due to an injury, will be available for selection on Sunday. The match is scheduled to kick off at 15:30.
In the other Castle Premiership League fixture that will be played on the same day, Hellenic will fight for league points against Wits University at the Athlone Stadium.
Hellenic are still mourning their last weekend 2-6 defeat against Dynamos while Wits University are sharpened to kill after beating Orlando Pirates 1-0 last weekend. Lamontville Golden Arrows and Santos will battle it out at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Durban.
Moroka Swallows will entertain Ajax Cape Town at the Rand Stadium in Johannesburg. The only match that will be played tomorrow will be between Gauteng giants, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates. It will be played at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg starting at 15:30. The match will be shown live on television.
Supersport United and Black Leopards will play against each other at the HM Pitje Stadium in Pretoria next Wednesday, December 11. Sundowns will meet Kaizer Chiefs at Loftus Stadium while Jomo Cosmos and Bush Bucks will battle it out at Makhulong Stadium in Thembisa.
