Ramantsha FC walloped Madodonga TAB All Stars 4-2 in a Limpopo Dairy League match at the Ramantsha grounds on Sunday.
Ramantsha could have scored a dozen of goals, had it not been for their squandering numerous chances in the first half. Stars were the first to score when Innocent Masipa broke loose in the 12th minute and sent goalkeeper Lufuno Mudonde the wrong way.
Ramantsha found the equalising goal in the 34th minute via Tsepo Thovhakale, who scored after receiving a beautiful pass from Phumudzo Ramantswana. The home team replaced Rendani Ravhura with Rofhiwa Mufamadi and his introduction changed the complexion of the match. Mufamadi was everywhere, dishing dangerous passes to the frontrunners.
Michelle Pootana headed home, following an aerial pass from Steven Thovhakale to make the half-time score 2-1.
Realising that their scoring chances were slim, Ramantsha tried their luck by bringing on Rendani Ravhura for Rendani Makamu in the 65th minute. Tsepo Thovhakale scored the third goal for the local lads in the 74th minute and Mpho Maepane scored the fourth goal of his team after he received a well-cooked pass from Khathutshelo Tshikulumela.
Ndanduleni Nthangeni scored his team's second goal in the dying minutes.
