The current log leaders of the Safa SAB Stream E, Tshiozwi Dynamos, donated league points to Madombidzha Western Stars on Sunday. Stars won the match 1-0.
The visitors from Madombidzha deserved the victory. From the onset their midfielders were dictating terms and their strikers kept on unleashing rockets from outside the box. Percy Munonoka and Matari Netshidzivhe, however, squandered numerous chances.
The halftime score was 0-0.
Both sides made some changes to their starting teams late in the second half, but that did not change the complexion of the match. The players, Matodzi Maruli of Dynamos and Lufuno Ndou of Stars were booked for rough play. Rasimphi missed the ball in the dying minutes of the game and Percy Munonoka capitalised and scored.
Kaizer Nengovhela started writing stories for Limpopo Mirror in 2000. Prior to that he had a five year stint at Phala-Phala FM as sports presenter. In 2005 Kaizer received an award from the province's premier as Best Sports Presenter. The same year he was also nominated as Best Sports Reporter by the Makhado Municipality. Kaizer was awarded the Mathatha Tsedu award in 2014.
