All Stars must beat Modimolle Aces

Sport  Date: 17 January 2013

Phungo All Stars must beat Modimolle Aces when they meet in their Safa Second Division League match at the Makhado Eltivillas grounds on Saturday afternoon.

All Stars are still battling to find a winning combination this season. They have been donating league points since the season started three months ago. Losing their match against Aces tomorrow will push them deep into the relegation quagmire as they are now languishing low down on the log.

Rospa United are geared to collect more points at the expense of Blue Rocks, with whom they will lock horns at the Nkowankowa Stadium in Tzaneen. Rospa United are still fresh from a 2-1 victory over Masesetjane All Stars at the Malamulele Stadium last Sunday.

Nobela All Stars will visit Mighty FC out at the Peter Mokaba Stadium this evening, starting at 19:00. Ray Pillars and Lephalale Young Killers will fight for league points at the Seshego Stadium in Polokwane. Young Killers are a force to be reckoned with of late. They are still to lose a league match at home this season.

In their local derby that will be staged at the Seshego Stadium, The Dolphins will take on Magezi FC.

The defending league champions, Baroka FC, will play against Masesetjane All Stars at the Mahwelereng Stadium.

In the only match that will be played on Sunday, Winners Park will host Giyani Hotspurs at the Mahwelereng Stadium in Mokopane.
