PSL league activities start next week

THOHOYANDOU – The league activities for the Premier Soccer League (PSL) will start next weekend (2-4 August).

Two matches will be played on Friday night starting at 20:00. Manning Rangers will be engaged in a local derby with Lamontville Golden Arrows. They will play at the Chatsworth Stadium in Durban. Santos and Bush Bucks will lock horns at the Athlone Stadium in Cape Town.

Hellenic will pay a visit to Orlando Pirates at the Johannesburg Stadium on Saturday. Jomo Cosmos will take on Wits University at the Olympia Stadium on the same day.

Five matches will be played at various venues on Sunday, August 4. The newly promoted Dynamos Football Club will play their first league match at their homeground, Thohoyandou Stadium. They will host Supersport United.

Moroka Swallows and Ajax Cape Town will fight for league points at the Rand Stadium in Johannesburg. Ria Stars will travel all the way to Kwazulu-Natal. That is where they will battle it out for league points with African Wanderers.

Black Leopards Football Club alias Lidoda Duvha will entertain Sundowns Football Club at the Loftus Stadium in Pretoria. The match between Free State Stars and Kaizer Chiefs will be played at the Charles Mopedi Stadium in Free State. All Sunday's matches will start at 15:00.
