Boxing bout at Louis Trichardt show grounds

LOUIS TRICHARDT – All roads will be leading to the Louis Trichardt Showgrounds Hall tomorrow afternoon. That is where Tshiawelo Boxing Promotions will stage another professional tournament.

The event will start at 14:00 and eight bouts will be seen during the tournament.

Balanganani Ndou and Pat Mathonsi will be the first to enter the ring. They will battle it out in a junior featherweight fight over four rounds. Another fight in the same division will be between Nkosinathi Tshinavhe and Tally Disoloane. Tshinavhe is from a local stable, while Disoloane is based in Gauteng.

Another local fighter, Thomas Mulovhedzi, will test his strength against Abraham Leshaba from Gauteng. It will be followed by the bout between Martin Manthatha and Andries Petla.

Avhashoni Mbedzi and Victor Mothata will fight thereafter. Their contest will be in the welterweight division and is scheduled over four rounds. Thomas Sadiki and John Mathebula will exchange blows in their light-middleweight fight that will be contested over four rounds.

The main supporting bout will be between Delta Mukhithi and Tshepo Mashigo. Mukhithi is a local lad while Mashipo is from Mpumalanga. The main bout will be between a local hero, Ntshengedzeni "Huggerboy" Netshivhera and Ray Nyathi from Gauteng.
