GIYANI - As one of their many ways to bring the team closer to the people, Dynamos Football Club will parade their players throughout the province today, Friday June 14. According to the parading program the bus will depart from the Giyani clubhouse at 06:00.
They will take the Tzaneen road and go via Nkowankowa Township. Their first stop will be at the offices of the Tzaneen Municipality. Their arrival in Tzaneen is scheduled for 07:00. They will then proceed to the Tzaneen Shopping Mall where they will stay for 30 minutes at the parking area of the shopping centre.
From there they will take the direction of Pietersburg where they will stop in the province's capital city, Pietersburg or Polokwane as it is known today. The club supporters will meet the players at the Pietersburg Pick and Pay parking area.
The bus is scheduled to be at the Louis Trichardt shopping centre at 12:00 in the afternoon. Residents of Thohoyandou and the surrounding villages will have the privilege to shake hands with the players at the Thohoyandou Shopping Centre starting from 14:00.
They will then proceed to the Malamulele taxi rank and shopping centre. The bus is expected to arrive in Malamulele at 15:00. Their last stop will be at the Masingita Shopping Centre in Giyani, where the players are expected to arrive at 16:00.
They will wrap up the program for the day by holding a gala dinner at the Giyani Community Hall later in the evening. According to the public relations officer of the club Mr Pastor Mafumo they will hold a supporters function at the Giyani Stadium tomorrow, from 10:00.
