Manchester and Pull Together in semi’s

The semifinal and final matches of the Mulindavhathu Soccer Challenge will be played this weekend.

This weekend’s matches will be staged at the Khubvi Benjies grounds. The semifinals will be played tomorrow (Saturday) and the final on Sunday.

Ngwenani Manchester United will meet their neighbours, Vhufuli Pull Together, in the first semifinal match at 13:00. The second semifinal will be between Tshibvumo Young Stars and Khubvi Peace Makers.

The champions of the tournament will take home R3 500 and a floating trophy. A cash prize of R2000 is awaiting the runners-up. The team that will finish in third place will receive R1 300, while the fourth-placed team will be given R1 000.

Tshifudi XI Experience failed to defend their title this year as they were booted out of the competition by Vhufuli Pull Together in their opening match.
