The Makwarela Stadium will be a hive of activity tomorrow afternoon. That is where the Safa Second Division double header will be staged.
The first match will be between Joe’s Express FC and Dynamos FC. Express gained promotion to the second division after making the grade in the promotional playoff matches, while Dynamos were relegated from the National First Division last season.
Dynamos are unknown to Express as the Giyani outfit assembled a new squad after they were relegated to the lower division. Joe’s Express will pin their hopes on their strikers in Lenox Mabila and Thembisani Nevhulamba while Dakalo Ratshitanga will keep the fire burning in the middle of the park. The match will start at 13:00.
Rospa United will host Winners Park at the same venue at 15:00. Rospa have assembled a formidable squad. They put their new signees to the test in their friendly match against Giyani Hotspurs at the same venue last Saturday. United beat Hotspurs 3-2. Some of the new faces in the Rospa United camp include Giggs Motsoko, Khutso Legari, Junior Nkumane and the former Basel FC frontrunner, Gift Ramaxwaila.
Residents of Makhado (Louis Trichardt) will be able to supoport their home team, Phungo All Stars. They will fight for league points with Modimolle Aces at the Eltivillas grounds.
In other matches, Mighty FC and Magezi will battle it out for league points at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane, Giyani Hotspurs will entertain Ray Pillars at the Giyani Stadium, Great North FC will host Basel FC at the Seshego Stadium and The Dolphins and Blue Rocks will rub shoulders at the Seshego Stadium.
