GIYANI – Last weekend was an ugly one for the pride of the Lowveld, Dynamos FC. They came back with empty hands from their away fixture against Sporting Football Club. Dynamos lost 0-1 in the fast flowing game that was played at the Eldoradopark Stadium on Saturday.
Katlehong City held Thembisa City Sharks to a goalless draw at Katlehong Stadium. Welkom Stars gave Dobsonville All Nations a good lesson when they brutally crushed them 4-1 at the Dobsonville Stadium. Pietersburg Pillars managed to collect full points from Mabopane Young Masters. They beat them 1-0 despite the fact that the match was played at Odi Stadium in Pretoria.
The unexpected happened when the league contenders, Highlandspark Silver Stars shared the spoils with the relegation bound Mamelodi Juventus at the Secunda Stadium.
