GIYANI – If the present Premier First Division League log for the Inland Stream was the final one, then Dynamos would be the team to be promoted to the Castle Premiership Division. The team from Giyani is on top of the log with 29 points.

They won nine, drew two and lost two of the thirteen matches, which they had played so far. The team that is behind them, Thembisa City Sharks has 23 points. The fact that they have played the same number of matches gives Dynamos an added advantage.

The newcomers in the division, Welkom Stars are tied with City Sharks with 23 points each. Pietersburg Pillars who were initially earmarked to take the league championship to Pietersburg have dropped to the fourth position. They are fighting for the same position with Spartak who have also deposited 22 points into their league account so far.

Mabopane Young Masters and Highlandspark Silver Stars have 21 points each. Young Masters are on top by virtue of goal difference. Mamelodi Juventus are languishing at the foot of the log with eight points gained from 13 matches.

Park United are dictating the terms in the Coastal Stream of the Premier First Division. They have 23 points in hand. They are being followed by African Wanderers who are two points behind. Teams that are fighting for survival is Mother City and William Pescod FC.
