GIYANI – After playing twelve matches, Dynamos seem to have been poised to finish their league programme on top of the Inland Stream of the Premier First Division League.

The team from Giyani has 26 points in hand and have lost the least number of matches. They are the only side that have lost only two matches so far.

Welkom Stars are placed in the second position. The Stars are three points behind Dynamos. Thembisa City Sharks who drew 1-1 with Highlandspark Silver Stars last Sunday are perched in the third spot. They have collected twenty-two points so far.

Two teams, Mabopane Young Masters and Highlandspark Silver Stars have accumulated 21 points each to date. Spartak Football Club lost 0-2 to Dynamos last Sunday and they are lying in the sixth spot. They have nineteen points in their league account. They are tied with Pietersburg Pillars with the same number of points. Pietersburg Pillars have played a match less than the top six teams.

Bloemfontein Young Tigers who were earmarked for the league title are perched on the eighth spot. If the present league log was the final one, the teams that would be facing the chop would be Mamelodi Juventus and Dobsonville All Nations. Juventus and Nations have five and seven points respectively. Unlike Juventus who have played 12 matches, All Nations have played ten.
