Black Leapards away to collect more points

Sport  Date: 17 April 2015

Highlandspark will be lucky if, by chance, they manage to hold Black Leopards to a draw when they meet in their National First Division match at the Makhulong Stadium in Thembisa tomorrow afternoon.

Highlandspark will be playing against a team that is still to lose a league match this year. The Leopards new signee, Ruggert Nyundu, scored in all the games he featured.

The fact that Highlandspark are still celebrating their 4-0 victory over Santos at the Makhulong Stadium last weekend is reason enough for Lidoda Duvha not to expect an easy victory. Should they collect the maximum points tomorrow, Black Leopards will stand a good chance of gaining outright promotion to the Absa Premiership Division.

The Thohoyandou outfit will pin their hopes on Bongani Manana, Ruggert Nyundu and Leonard Ntshangase for goals, while Marks Munyai, Thivhavhudzi Ndou and Jean Munganga will marshall the defence.

Royal Eagles will host African Warriors at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Durban. Royal Eagles are still fresh from a 1-0 victory over FC Cape Town at the NNK Rugby Stadium in Cape Town.

Santos will host Witbank Spurs at the Athlone Stadium in Cape Town. Jomo Cosmos will fly to Cape Town where they will lock horns with Vasco da Gama at the Parow Park Stadium. Maluti FET College and Golden Arrows will fight for league points at the Charles Mopedi Stadium in Phutaditshaba.

Baroka will entertain Garankuwa United at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane. It will be time for Baroka to console themselves after suffering a 0-2 defeat at the hands of Jomo Cosmos last weekend. Cape Town All Stars will host Milano United at the Athlone Stadium in their Cape Town derby.

Lamontville Golden Arrows will play against Vasco da Gama at the Chatsworth Stadium in Durban in the only match that will be played next Wednesday, April 22.
