Can the Stars shine over Mountain Rangers?

Sport  Date: 24 July 2015

Teams affiliated to the Mulindavhathu Soccer Challenge will play their second matches this weekend. It remains to be seen whether Khubvi African Stars will rise to the occasion and shine brightly over Vhutalu Mountain Rangers when they meet at the Khubvi Benjies grounds tomorrow.

Rangers started the tournament with a bang when they beat MT Green Mambas 2-1. On the other hand, it will be time for African Stars to make a comeback after losing 1-2 to Mutale Vikings last weekend. The match is scheduled to start at 12:30.

Makonde Young Tigers will lock horns with Tshilungwi FC at 08:30. Damani Powerlines must beat Musasenda Big Five in order to strengthen their chances of booking a place in the quarterfinal stage. Their match against Musasenda Big Five is scheduled to kick off at 10:30.

The final match for tomorrow will be between Makwarani Frelimo Boys and Khubvi Dangerous Darkies. Frelimo Boys are still celebrating their 3-1 victory last weekend over Domboni FC, while Darkies drew 1-1 with their neighbors, Khubvi Feedas All Stars.

Four matches will be played on Sunday: Domboni FC vs Khubvi Feedas All Stars at 08:30; Luvhimbi Wanderers vs Mudaswali United Brothers at 10:30; Khubvi Peace Makers vs Sambandou United Professionals at 12:30 and MT Green Mambas and Mutale Vikings.
