After playing to a 1-1 draw with Madridtas FC in their opening league match at the Tshifudi Stadium last Saturday, the ABC Motsepe League rookies, Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, or TTM as they are also known, will be put to the real acid test this weekend. They will battle it out against The Dolphins at the Levubu Laerskool field on Sunday.

TTM will be lucky if they manage to hold the Polokwane side to a draw if The Dolphins’ performance last season is anything to go by.  The Dolphins missed promotion by an inch last season as they finished their league programme in the second spot.

The TTM strikers, Lufuno “CJ” Mugodi and Khathutshelo Mudau, are sharpened to kill.

Joe Maweja will travel to Polokwane, where they will fight for league points against Mighty FC at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium this evening (Friday) at 18:00. Maweja lost 0-1 to Great North FC at the Makwarela Stadium last Saturday. As if that was not enough to trouble the team’s fans, Maweja lost 0-1 to FC KK in their Amos Charity Shield Tournament match at the Tshakhuma Malaria grounds the following day.

Boyne United will play against Polokwane United at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium tomorrow afternoon and Bellevue Winners Park will host Great North FC at the Giyani Stadium. Mokopane Ratanang will have a date with Polokwane Academy at the Mahwelereng Stadium.

Gawula Classic are gearing up for their away fixture against the rookies, Molemole Academy, at the Nirvana Stadium on Sunday, and Giyani Hotspurs will host Madridtas FC at the Giyani Stadium. It remains to be seen whether the Madridtas fast forward, Dakalo “Akonkwo” Nemakonde, will continue from where he left off last Saturday. Nemakonde scored Madridtas' equalizing goal against Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila.

A1 Terrors will lock horns with Lephalale Young Killers at the Ephraim Mohale Stadium in Modimolle.
