Madridtas let Classic off the hook

After giving away league points to Lephalale Young Killerstwo weeks ago, Madridtas continued to disappoint their supporters last weekend when they drew 1-1 with Gawula Classic at the Tshifudi Stadium on Saturday.
Madridtas missed a fortune in the dying minutes of the game. They were awarded a penalty, but Nkhumeleni “Gigs” Tondani shot straight at the keeper.. Rofhiwa “Danger” Netshiungani scored for Madridtas.
The logleaders, Bellevue Winners Park played to a 1-1 draw against Boyne Young Tigers at Giyani. After collecting the maximum points in their last two matches, Lephalale Young Killers were crushed 0-2 by The Dolphins FC. Giyani Hotspurs played to a goalless draw against Polokwane Academy at the Giyani Stadium in a game that was characterized by wasted scoring chances.
The unexpected happened at the Tshifulanani Stadium when Joe Maweja beat Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila 1-0. Thanzi Muruge scored the goal that separated the boys from the men.
Great North FC beat Polokwane United 2-0 and Mighty FC could not absorb the pressure from A1 Terrors, who beat them 3-2. Molemole Academy lost 1-2 to Mokopane Ratanang.
