The local business fratenity this week described the untimely death of businessman, chairman and owner of Tshiawelo Boxing Promotions, Mr Hendrick Nenngwekhulu, as a shock and a great loss.

Nenngwekhulu died in the early hours of Sunday, February 4, at Tshilidzini hospital. Businessman Mr Tshianeo Mathidi said that Nenngwekhulu’s permanent departure is a great loss, not only to his family, but also to the entire business fratenity.

As founder and main sponsor of a cultural organisation (Zwashu) aimed at reviving indigenous dances, Nenngwekhulu, according to Mathidi, died before he could implement more of his plans at Zwashu. "He was selfless and classless because he could live with those who are rich and the poor. He was accessible to everyone; he had done a lot for the poorest of the poor. We are seriously hurt by his untimely death," he said.

Mathidi said that the businessman will be buried at Tshithuthuni graveyard tomorrow, Saturday. The funeral service will begin at Makhado Multi-Purpose Centre at 07:00.
