Zoutpansberg Powerline will not easily forget on Saturday (08/10). Not only did they donate league points to Tshifhire Nothern Brothers, but they were also mercilessly hammered 6-1.

Selo Molewa of Brothers beat all the defenders in a row and scored easily in the 8th minute. Mohale Dikukela of Brothers was booked for a late tackle on Livhuwani Rambau two minutes late,r and in the 16th minute, Brothers found their second goal. Evans Mosipi made no mistake after receiving a neat pass from Emmanuel Netshifhefhe within the box and beat the offside trap to score.
Powerline´s reliable midfield kingpin, Rudzani Nebulu, received the ball at the edge of his own half and tried to pass it back to the goalkeeper. The ball was intercepted by Tshepo Ramaremela, who beat the keeper hands down to make the score 3-0.
The home team reduced the margin in the 37th minute via Maisha Nkanyane, after he received a beautiful pass from Livhuwani Rambau, making the half-time score 3-1 in favour of Brothers.
Sello Molewa headed home, following an aerial pass from Tumelo Letlomo. Powerline missed another fortune when Pfarelo Nelwamondo´s volley hit the cross bar and bounced back into play. Sello Letseka scored the fifth goal for his team in the 77th minute. The diminutive striker of Brothers, Khuliso Ndou, was a soft target for rough tackling and was replaced by Whisky Mulana.
Sello Molewa scored the sixth goal of Brothers in the 80th minute.
Kaizer Nengovhela started writing stories for Limpopo Mirror in 2000. Prior to that he had a five year stint at Phala-Phala FM as sports presenter. In 2005 Kaizer received an award from the province's premier as Best Sports Presenter. The same year he was also nominated as Best Sports Reporter by the Makhado Municipality.
