Residents of the Makhado municipal area have been without a single drop of water for weeks now. On Friday, 18 May 2012, residents grabbed any and all containers they could find to fill with water from a municipal water tank truck that was parked on the corner of Songozwi and Munnik street in Makhado (Louis Trichardt).
