Fire near the cemetery

A fire near the cemetery in Louis Trichardt made for dramatic views as a huge cloud smoke rose above town. Luckily the bush fire didn't cause any structural damage to the cemetery. 

Open fires during the dry winter months are always a concern, and can cause extensive damage to property and the environment if uncontrolled. Do not leave fires unattended. Make sure to extinguish fire after a braai, and take care when disposing of cigarette butts. ing...
