The police at Waterval have arrested a 23-year-old man, Samuel Madzivhani, on a charge of murder. It is alleged that he stabbed and killed his brother, Collen (21), to death at his home at Valdezia last Saturday night. According to a police report, Collen Madzivhanani was coming from a nearby tavern when he found his brother asleep.
