Mysterious skin disease is “eating man alive”

A mysterious skin disease is threatening to destroy the life of a once-handsome young man. Caswell Hlongwane (27) of Valdezia outside Louis Trichardt suffers from a rare skin disease which has left doctors in the dark, without a remedy to cure it. He has developed terrible and smelly pimples that have led him to be ostracized by his immediate community.

Vhangona’s claim for kingship not rejected

The Vhangona Cultural Movement strongly objected last week to media reports stating that their claim for kingship status had been rejected by the Nhlapo Commission. The fact that Vho Thovhele Tshidziwelele Nephawe could not make it to the hearings in the matter held at Bolivia Lodge in Polokwane does not automatically rule them out of contention for the throne, they said.
