The Soutpansberg will play host to the Limpopo Strongman Competition again, this time on 16 March at Muscle Den on the corner of Hospitaal and Ruh Street in Louis Trichardt.
The competition will cater for all age groups and will serve as an SA Strongman qualifier. The entry fee is R450 per athlete and includes a shirt. Entry is free for spectators.
The event is organised by local strongman Leon le Roux and Paul’s Body Shop Fitness Centre at AFB Makhado, under the auspices of the Strongman Africa Union.
Events on the day include car deadlift (60 seconds for reps), 90 seconds medley (tyre flip, yoke walk, Apollon’s axle and T-cross), truck pull and push, kettle bell throw, and front hold.
