Teams from Ritavi, Naphuno, Bushbuckridge, Phalaborwa and Mhala will comprise the second stream. Each stream will keep a maximum of 16 teams. During the meeting it was announced that teams that will finish their league programme at the top their respective League Streams will be promoted to the Castle Regional League without playing the promotional play-off matches.

The Castle Regional League log for the previous season was adopted during the meeting. It was in the same meeting where it was announced that Wilson Express have gained promotion to the Vodacom Promotional League after winning the league title in the Castle Regional League.

The champions of the Castle Regional League will receive an amount of R13 500.
