Dynamos to face struggling Atlie FC

It will be another busy weekend for the teams campaigning under the banner of the National First Division (NFD).

Although their chances for partaking in the promotional play-offs at the end of the season look slim, Dynamos must win the match.Their home fans are longing to see their team collecting the maximum points at home. They lost their last two home matches to University of Pretoria and Mpumalanga Black Aces. Atlie are currently languishing at the bottom of the log.

The Dynamos keeper, Mashudu Mamphitha, has indicated that they will not underestimate Atlie FC, as their performance in their last five matches left much to be desired. He reiterated the fact that they were aware "of the fact that the last kick of a dying horse is dangerous".

The other fixtures in the NFD for Sunday are: United FC vs African Warriors; Bay United vs Mpumalanga Black Aces; FCAK vs Vasco da Gama; Blackburn Rovers vs the University of Pretoria; Witbank Spurs vs FC Cape Town and Carara Kicks vs Sevutsa Stars.

In the only match that will be played this evening, Chippa United host Thanda Royal Zulu at the Philippi Stadium in Cape Town.
